What to have ready
A few details get the right truck moving sooner. If you are safe where you are, have these handy when you dial:
- Where you are. Out on the highway, a route number plus the nearest exit, rest stop, or landmark is more use to us than a street address.
- What you are driving or hauling. Make and model for a vehicle, or the type and rough size for a trailer, tiny home, container, or freight load.
- What happened. A flat, a dead battery, out of fuel, locked out, or a breakdown that needs a tow.
- Whether it still rolls and steers. That changes how we load it.
Waiting at the roadside has its own rules. We put together what to do while you wait for a tow truck.

We are based in Kamloops and run the major corridors from here: the Coquihalla, the Yellowhead, the Trans-Canada. These are the towns we reach most often, and the list is not a limit. Out-of-province assignments are accommodated with a bit of advance notice.
